How Do I Cancel an Order?


We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. You can cancel your order if it has not yet entered production. Once an order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible; however, our team is here to assist with any concerns you may have.

How to Cancel Your Order


Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  1. Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account.
  2. If prompted, enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Check your inbox for a confirmation code and enter it to access your account.

Step 2: Check Your Order Status

  1. In your account section, locate your “Last Order.”
  2. Check the Order Status:
    1. Unfulfilled: You will see a “Cancel” button under the order name. Click on “Cancel” to open the cancellation dialog and confirm your cancellation.
    2. Fulfilled: If your order has already been fulfilled, use the “Report a Problem” button to contact us.
