How to Report a Problem With an Order
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account.
- Enter your email address if prompted, and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
- Enter the code to access your account.
Step 2: Find Your Order
For your most recent order
- Locate the Last Order section of the order dashboard
- Click on the Report an issue link under the order name
For other orders
- In your account dashboard, navigate to the “Orders” section.
- Select the order containing the issue by clicking on the Order Name to open the order details.
Step 3: Report an Issue
- Locate and click the “Report an Issue” link on the order details page.
- The message dialog will appear. Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Your Name and Email Address.
- Description of the Issue: Please provide a clear and detailed description of the problem (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product, missing items, etc.).
Step 4: Submit Your Report
- Once you’ve filled out all the necessary details, submit the form.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your issue has been reported.
Step 5: Follow-Up
- A member of our team will review your report and follow up via email as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
