How to Reschedule a Subscription Order

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  1. Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account.
  2. Enter your email address if prompted, and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
  3. Enter the code to access your account.

Step 2: View Your Subscription Orders

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard.
  2. You will see a list of Upcoming Subscription Orders, each with relevant action menus.

Step 3: Reschedule a Subscription Order

  1. You can only reschedule the next scheduled subscription order.
  2. Click on the Reschedule button next to your upcoming subscription order.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    1. Delay: Push the order to a later date.
    2. Choose a Specific Date: Use the calendar dropdown to choose the exact date for your delivery.

Step 4: Understand the Changes

  1. Schedule changes will apply to all future orders of this subscription based on your selected frequency and interval.
  2. Review your updated schedule to ensure it aligns with your preferences.

Step 5: Save Changes

  1. After making your selections, click Save to confirm your updates.
  2. Review your updated subscription orders to ensure the changes are correct.
