How to Skip a Recurring Subscription Order
Sometimes you might need to take a break from your subscription. Passenger makes it easy to skip a recurring order without canceling your subscription. Follow these steps to temporarily pause a shipment:
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account.
- Enter your email address if prompted, and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
- Enter the code to access your account.
Step 2: View Your Subscription Orders
- Once logged in, navigate to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard.
- You will see a list of Upcoming Subscription Orders, each with relevant action menus.
Step 3: Skip a Subscription Order
- Locate the order you want to skip. For recurring subscriptions, a Skip button will be displayed.
- Click the Skip button to open the confirmation dialog.
- Click Skip again to confirm.
- If there are multiple subscriptions in a subscription order, all will be skipped.
- Subscriptions containing one-time add-ons cannot be skipped.
Note: While prepaid subscriptions cannot be skipped, Passenger offers the flexibility to Delay or Reschedule your prepaid subscriptions to better suit your schedule. Orders containing any one-time items cannot be skipped.
Step 4: Unskip a Subscription Order (Optional)
- If you decide you want to receive a previously skipped order, locate the skipped order in the Upcoming Subscription Orders section.
- Click the Unskip button next to the skipped order.
- Confirm your choice to restore the order to your schedule.
Step 5: Verify Your Changes
- Review your Upcoming Subscription Orders to confirm that the skipped or unskipped status reflects your changes.
- Adjust as needed to ensure your subscription aligns with your preferences.
