How to Change Your Grind Preference for Your Coffee Subscription

Passenger allows you to customize your grind preference to match your brewing method. Follow these steps to update the grind preference for your subscription.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

1. Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account
2. If prompted, enter your email address and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
3. Enter the confirmation code to securely access your account.

Step 2: Access Your Subscription

1. Once logged in, navigate to the Subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
2. Click on Manage subscription under the subscription you would like to modify.

Step 3: Update Your Grind Preference

1. In the subscription actions menu, click on the Preferences button
2. A list of grind options will appear, including choices like:
   1. Whole Bean: Ideal for those who prefer to grind fresh for ultimate control over brewing.
   2. Very Fine: Specifically crafted for espresso, ensuring a rich and concentrated shot.
   3. Fine: Perfect for Aeropress, delivering a balanced and smooth cup.
   4. Medium Fine: Great for pour-over methods, enhancing clarity and flavor nuances.
   5. Medium: Recommended for autodrip machines, offering a consistently balanced brew.
   6. Medium Coarse: Best suited for Chemex, highlighting bright and clean flavors.
   7. Coarse: Perfect for French Press, providing a bold and full-bodied brew.
3. Select your preferred grind option to match your brewing method.

Note: This change will apply to ALL coffees in your subscription.

Step 4: Save Changes

1. After making your selections, click Save to confirm your updates.
2. Review your updated subscription to ensure the changes are correct.
