How to Change the Frequency of Your Subscription
Need to adjust how often your favorite coffee or tea arrives? Follow these steps to change the delivery frequency of your Passenger subscription.
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account.
- Enter your email address if prompted, and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
- Enter the code to access your account.
Step 2: Access Your Subscription
- Once logged in, navigate to the Manage Subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
- Select the subscription you’d like to modify.
Step 3: Update Your Subscription Frequency
- In the subscription actions menu, locate and click the Change frequency button.
- Inputs for your frequency and interval will be displayed.
- Frequency: Specify how often you’d like your subscription to be delivered (e.g., every 3 weeks or every 2 months).
- Interval: Choose the time frame for your delivery (e.g., days, weeks, months).
- Adjust these settings to match your desired delivery schedule.
Step 4: Save Changes
- After adjusting the frequency and interval, click Save to confirm your updates.
- Double-check your updated subscription summary to ensure the frequency reflects your preferences.
