How to Change the Products in Your Next Dynamic Subscription Order

We strive to make managing your coffee or tea subscription as easy as brewing your morning cup. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you change the items in your next subscription order.


Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  1. Visit https://DrinkPassenger.com/account
  2. If prompted, enter your email address and check your inbox for a confirmation code.
  3. Enter the confirmation code to securely access your account.

Step 2: Access Your Subscription

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
  2. Click on Manage subscription under the subscription you would like to modify.

Step 3: Change Your Selected Subscription Items

  1. In the subscription actions menu, locate and click the Change Selection button.
  2. A list of available subscription items will appear, with your current selections highlighted.
  3. To update your selection:
    1. Shuffle: This will automatically select a new set of items from the list.
    2. Remove items: Either uncheck the item from the list or reduce its quantity to 0.
    3. Add or replace items: Browse the available products and select your preferred replacements by checking the desired items or increasing their quantities.
  4. Ensure that the total number of selected items matches the number allowed in your subscription plan. Adjust quantities as needed to meet the required total.

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. After making your selections, click Save to confirm your updates.
  2. Review your updated subscription to ensure the changes are correct.
